The small bedroom radiator fitted and the floor and carpet relaid the previous day. These were taken up to modify the pipework. Have you spotted the deliberate mistake? The skirting has not been replaced prior to fitting the radiator and it has to go behind the pipes. It can't be dropped down behind the radiator because the radiator fixings are in the way.
