I can find no trace of this Sarah Fensom (b 1853) after 1853 and I suspect she may be the same person as the daughter of John Fensom and Mary Ann Waite, Sarah Fensom also born in 1853 in Great Staughton, since there is no matching GRO record for the birth of the latter. It is possible this Sarah Fensom was adopted by John and Mary Ann after her mother, Lucy, died in 1861 and was subsequently re-Baptised as their daughter in 1863.
